How to verify your status
Everything you need to check your graduate standing, and what to do when something does not work.
Verifying your status
- 1. Enter your email address. Use the address that appears on your cohort record. For most alumni that is a personal address. If you joined from 2021 onward you may also have an INT address ending in @intinternational.org. Either one works.
- 2. Check your inbox. You will receive a six digit code. It is valid for ten minutes and can only be used once. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- 3. Enter the code. Your result appears immediately, along with your cohort number and reference.
What full graduation requires
Completing the lectures alone does not make you a graduate. The registry looks for all three of the following:
- The Executive Leadership Course, every module, including attendance and assignments
- Your project presentation
- HMT, History Makers Training
Fees must also be settled. If any of these is outstanding, your result names it so you know exactly what to clear.
What the results mean
- Verified graduate
- You have completed your training and the registry holds no outstanding requirements against your name.
- Not yet a graduate
- At least one of the three requirements above is still outstanding. Where our record states which one, it is shown on your result. For most records it says only that requirements are outstanding, without naming them, so please contact the registry and we will check your file and tell you exactly what is left.
- Record under review
- The registry is still confirming your cohort record. Please contact us using the details below if you need confirmation urgently.
- Moved to another cohort
- Your record continues under a different cohort. Check that cohort, or contact us and we will point you to it.
My email is not recognised
This is the most common issue, and it almost always means the same thing: your email address has changed since you enrolled. Our records still contain the email address you used when you first signed up, sometimes many years ago.
Please try any older addresses you may have used. If none of them work, open a support chat and give us:
- Your full name as it was at enrolment
- Your cohort number, if you know it
- The year you attended
We will find your record and update your address.
My result looks wrong
Our records have been compiled from cohort files maintained over many years. If your result does not match the information communicated to you at graduation, please contact us with the reference number on your result card. We will review the relevant cohort record and, where necessary, verify the information against the original file.
